5-story residential building completed in 1899. It is clad in pale orange brick above a limestone ground floor with rough-faced banding. The central entrance is set under a round-arch, with a glass door atop a small stoop. The doorway is framed by paneled pilasters with Corinthian capitals, carrying large brackets that support an entablature. To either side is a large segmental-arched double-window with a keystone, and below these are basement areaways, one with a window and one with a basement door.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with stone sills and various lintels. Those on the 2nd floor are eared with small cornices; on the 3rd floor they have small triangular pediments; on the 4th floor they have flat cornices and swooping bottoms, and on the top floor they simply have flat cornices. Spandrel panels between the 2nd & 3rd and 4th & 5th floors have brick dogstooth patterns. A dark-red metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice.
