6-story postmodern residential building originally completed in 1929. Shortly after the completion of the tall neighboring tower (The Alexander), the 3-bay facade of No. 248 was reclad in a matching design, with the same red terra-cotta tiles over a white stone ground floor. There are three glass doors on the ground floor, the west one leading to the upper floors, and the others service as a storefront entrance.

On the upper floors the middle bay on each floor has a tall single-window, recessed in a white frame, while the outer bays have similar but shorter windows with narrow, horizontal windows below them, all recessed in the same framing. The facade is topped by a metal railing fronting a roof deck. The ground floor is occupied by Gangnam Style Cleaners.
