4-story residential building completed in 1882. Its red-brick facade closely matches the buildings to the east, except that it retains its original small stoop leading up to the central entrance. The doorway is recessed, with paired wood-and-glass paneled double-doors and transoms below a peaked stone lintel. The large window on either side has a flat brownstone lintel, and below are basement windows topped by stone bands. An iron fence encloses the basement areaway.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with flat brownstone sills and lintels, joined by stone bands. The facade is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels.
