5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1883. It is clad in brownstone and divided into two matching halves, with separate entrances. They have glass doors and transoms, up small sets of brownstone steps. The doors are slightly recessed within stone surrounds, and the transoms covered by clamshell canopies. There are pairs of narrow windows on either side of both doorways, and iron fencing in front of the building.

The upper floors have eight bays of windows, with full stone surrounds. A pair of black metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is crowned by a pair of matching, green metal roof cornices with console brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels.
