4-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1867. It is clad in red-painted brick above a ground floor of black metal and glass. The entrance to the upper floors is at the left, with a glass door, sidelights, and transom framed by paneled iron piers. A small storefront is located to the right.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with stone sills and arched lintels, painted dark-grey. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle bay of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, and panels. A 3-story rear building is located at the back of the lot.
