2-story mercantile building completed in 1949. Designed by F. R. Steikert, it is faced in beige stucco above a ground floor of darker-painted stucco, metal, glass, and orange-tan tiles at the base. The end piers both have a poster box and wall lantern, and frame a slightly-recessed middle area with storefront windows and a projecting, wood-and-glass entry portico. The upper floor has three low-set windows with dark-grey stone sills and lintels and orange-pink shutters. The building is occupied by Toloache restaurant.
