5-story residential building completed around 1890. It is divided into two matching halves, with separate entrances at the ends, and metal-and-glass storefronts toward the center. The entrances both have glass-and-metal doors with transoms, atop small stoops. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with four bays of single-windows on each half. Brownstone sill courses with brick corbels cross the entire facade at each floor, and the windows have eared brownstone lintels joined by stone bands at the shoulder levels. A pair of black metal fire escapes runs down the middle two bays of each half, and the facade is crowned by a matching pair of black metal roof cornices with brackets, dentils, and panels decorated with swags and rosettes. The ground floor is occupied by Kausa restaurant, and Cheeseboat restaurant.
