3-story mercantile building completed in 1911. Designed by Herbert M. Baer as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in white brick above a ground floor of metal-and-glass storefront windows between yellow-painted stone piers and above a low brown brick base. The north side has two wide plate-glass show-windows at the west, a slightly-recessed glass entrance, and a narrower show-window at the east. The west facade has an entrance at the north end, a wide show-window, a separate storefront, and an entrance to the upper floors at the south end.

The upper floors have three bays of tripartite windows on the west facade along Broadway; the north facade has a center bay of four window panes, and end bays with tripartite windows. The 3rd floor is covered by advertising billboards on the entire west facade and all but the east bay of the north facade. The exposed eastern bay at the 3rd floor has a brick lintel with a keystone, topped by a decorative panel lined with dentils and framed by cartouche-like stone elements. The roof line has a stone coping and peaked pediments at the ends. A green metal fire escape runs down the east bay. The ground floor is occupied by a Gifts & Luggage store.
