5-story mercantile building completed in the late 1800s. The three upper floors are recessed behind the projecting 2-story storefront and faced in white stucco. The 2-story base is clad in white-painted brick; the 2nd floor has a wide band of four windows, and is capped by a red-painted stone coping.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with simple, red-painted stone sills. The building is crowned by a red metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions. The vacant building was last sold in 2016.
