5-story joined residential building completed in 1871. There are two identical and symmetrical halves of the facade, both clad in red-painted brick above a white smooth-stuccoed ground floor. Each side has a central entrance with a wood door that has two vertical glass panels, atop a small set of steps. The doors are covered by small, grey canopies and white-painted entablatures with peaked pediments crossed by a white band course capping the ground floor. Both entrances are flanked by a pair of large double-windows.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows on each half, with white stone sills and flat lintels. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of each half, and the facade is crowned by a pair of bronze-colored metal roof cornices with brackets, panels, and dentils. The west elevation has no openings and is faced in brown brick, parged and painted white at the front.
