A large band across the top of the ground floor has a neon sign for the restaurant and bar that occupies the lower floors, Tonic. The 2nd floor has an open studio window, with a metal railing, covered by a smaller awning. Another red-and-black sign band caps the 2nd floor. A vertical sign with neon lettering is mounted to the north end of the facade at the 2nd floor.
