5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1891. It is clad in red brick with a small stoop leading up to the central entrance, with a wood-and-glass door. The entry is framed by a beige brick border, and there is a large window on either side, with beige brick lintels and stone sill courses. Below, the basement level is clad in brownstone. The building is fronted by an iron fence with a central gate.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with beige brick sills and flat brick lintels (stone sills at the 2nd floor). The lintels form beige bands across each floor. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by an imposing, white roof cornice with console brackets, long slender modillions, and ornamental panels, and a triangular pediment surmounting the center section, with dentils and a sunburst design. There is a matching cornice on the building to the east.
