5-story Neo-Georgian residential building completed in 1874. There are two halves to the facade, with matching upper floors and cornices, but separate entrance in differing ground floors. The east facade has two windows on either side of a glass door and transom at the top of two grey stone steps. The windows have flat, white stone sills and lintels and iron grilles, and the doorway is framed by narrow, white pilasters and topped by a broken pediment with an urn.

The ground floor on the west side has one window with iron grilles on either side of the glass-doored entrance. There are fluted, green iron piers at the ends of the west half, and thinner, fluted green pilasters framing the doorway. A green metal band crosses the top of the ground floor, surmounted by a white metal cornice.

The upper floors have eight bays of single-windows across the full facade, also with white sills and lintels. The facade is crowned by a pair of matching, white metal roof cornices with console brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels.
