  • I support preserving and saving this ancient tree in Andhra Pradesh. In Rajasthan too we had two Baobab trees at village Mangaliawas ( district Ajmer), which were said to be 800 years old. But sadly due to some unknowm reasons they have died. These were called " Kalpvrikshas" by the people and were venerated......I pray to almighty God that it gives sence to the powers-to-be, so that this magnifiscent tree of Andhra Pradesh does not meet the fate of the tree of Mangaliawas.
  • Sad to see the ancient tree now. Look close the constructions are, the tree's space been encroached. will man ever realize that trees are more important than these mindless "development" activities.
