  • These Villas and Apartments are not come under GO 111 ? What happens when some one purchase and not allowed to live in ?
  • As per GO 111 no construction activity is allowed 10 Km radius to Osmansagar & Gandipet.Thease villas ,IVRCL towers Sports complex,Microsoft,ISB,Infosys and others are below 10 Km distance Down streem of Gandipet & Osmansagar.This may be the doubt expressed Ms Padma Subramanyam.

  • This land is in litigation, but these powerhouse construction companies have managed to steal the land of several middle class people by making a deal with the ongoing government
  • Yes you are absolutely right there is no justice in India middle class people buy these lands from their savings and the big people come and steal their property and there is no way these people get their land back since the government and politicians who are supposed to protect these peoples rights and fight for their cause keep mum since they have received their share ( resort memberships, villas etc..) So the conclusion is India which we call our motherland is not a land of poor and middleclass beacause only the rich have full control over such things. And they are the once whose voice is been heard not the poor and helpless.

  • What a shame. No one talks about this case now. A poor farmer has lost around 30 acres in this project. He was given I guess 4 lakhs per acre while the asking rate here is close to 6-8 crores an acre. What a fraud perfect example of political and real estate nexus. All Desis need is time pass for the moment.
