The southernmost of four adjoining 5-story residential buildings completed together in 1894. It is clad in red brick above two small, metal-and-glass storefronts on the ground floor, separated by the entrance to the upper floors The entrance has a glass-and-metal door framed by brown iron pilasters. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with bracketed stone sills and flat stone lintels, joined by brown-painted bands at the shoulders. The top floors has a continuous stone sill course above brick corbelling, and there is a double course of dentils below the brown metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels. Projecting metal balconies front the three northern bays and extend onto the south bay of the neighboring facade. The ground floor is occupied by Perfect Brows, and Smoke City.
