The southernmost of three matching 5-story residential buildings completed in the 1880s. The facades are clad in red brick, each three bays wide, above ground-floor metal-and-glass storefronts and wooden doors to the upper floors at the south ends. Angled, green canvas awnings top the storefronts. The upper floors have black-painted, bracketed stone sills and black metal cornices on the windows. Iron balconies front the end windows at each adjoining facade, spanning the adjoining window bays on the two facades. The buildings are crowned by matching green metal roof cornices with paired brackets, modillions, and panels. The ground floor of No. 708 is occupied by Great American Wash laundromat.
