5-story residential building completed in 1885. The building has two halves, with separate entrances and roof cornices, but a unified facade of brown-painted brownstone. Both entrances have low, orange-painted stoops behind a black iron fence and gates, spanning the basement areaways. The entrances have recessed glass doors and sidelights fronted by porticoes of paired Corinthian columns rising from shared bases and supporting entablatures. To either side of both entrances is a large window with a panel below and a short egg-and-dart molding across the top of each window. Between the windows the wall is rusticated and rough-faced.

The upper floors have eight bays of windows, with continuous sill courses and eared lintels. The center parts of the piers between the windows are lined with rough-faced quoins of various widths and sizes. The facade is crowned by a pair of metal roof cornices with paired brackets and dentils, and projecting center panels with elaborate designs.
