5-story residential building completed in 1885. It is clad in brownstone, painted grey at the base. The entrance, in the east bay, has a low stoop across the basement areaway, which is enclosed by an iron fence. The glass door, sidelight and transom are set behind a portico with square pilasters fronted by rounded columns, each with Corinthian capitals, rising from low sidewalls of the portico. The pilasters and columns are orange granite, with the capitals and bases of grey-painted brownstone. The entablature supported by the columns has a decorative wrought-iron railing on top. The two windows to the right of the doorway have bracketed cornices.

The upper floors have four bays of windows, the middle two closely spaced and sharing joined sills and cornices. All the windows have separate full surrounds. At the 3rd & 4th floors, the middle two bays have projecting stone shelves carried on brackets, with ornamental wrought-iron railings. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, panels, and dentils.
