4-story residential building completed in 1870. The facade is set back from the sidewalk and faced in salmon-colored smooth-stucco. The entrance is at the west end of the ground floor, with a glass door, sidelights, and transom framed by polished brown granite. To the right are two low single-windows.

The upper floors have a bay of single-windows at the west end, with two slightly narrower windows at the east, next to a very narrow window bay in the center. A simple stone coping caps the roof line.
