5-story residential building completed in 1872. It is faced in grey smooth-stucco above a grey brick ground floor. The entrance is at the rear of the east facade, accessed by a path back along the building's side, which is clad in grey brick. The front facade has four narrow windows at the ground floor with brick lintels. The upper floors have only two bays, spaced at the ends, with single-windows (shorter at the 2nd floor). There are air-conditioning vents cut below the windows. The east facade is windowless, and has a metal vent stack running up near the middle. The front facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels. There are a rear building at the back of the lot.
