6-story residential building completed in 1912. Designed by Harold L. Young, it is clad in orange brick above a limestone ground floor with horizontal banding. The central entrance has two grey granite steps and a small iron gate; there are glass-and-wrought-iron double-doors and a transom flanked by pairs of paneled pilasters supporting an entablature with a roundel above each pilaster. There are two windows with iron grilles on either side of the entrance; the western pair are closer together to allow space for a projecting, black iron gates basement doorway at the far west end.

The 2nd floor has horizontal banding in the brick. The middle bay has three windows separated by paneled white marble pilasters supporting an entablature with a peaked pediment. To either side a marble band course extends, with groups of three small circle outlines around the two window bays.

The upper floors have banding on the outer piers, and framing the middle bay's triple-windows; these are separated by more marble pilasters, but without the outer pilasters, supporting marble lintels lined with roundels. Each sill has four marble brackets. The paired windows in the end bays have splayed stone lintels with keystones. At the top floor a stone band course sets off the brick roof parapet, with a stone square featuring a roundel above each of the banded piers. The roof line is crowned by a dentiled stone cornice. A pair of black metal fire escapes runs down the end bays.

The west elevation is faced in grey parged brick at the front and back, covered by climbing ivy on the front that partially extends onto the front facade. The wide light well in the middle is faced in brick; the middle of the well has two bays of single-windows flanked by smaller bathroom windows; the angled ends of the light well have larger windows, and the north- and south-facing walls of the well have regular single-windows, all with stone sills. The east elevation has a matching light well.

The building contains 36 apartments.
