3-story residential building completed around 1880 as a townhouse. It is now faced in grey smooth-stucco, with a long stoop leading to the parlor-floor entrance. The doorway is round-arched, with narrow, paneled wood-and-glass double-doors. The two windows to the left, as well as the two English basement windows, have iron grilles, and there is a black iron fence fronting the property. The upper floors have three bays of windows, and a simple painted metal coping caps the roof line. The stuccoed side elevations are also painted grey, with no openings.
