4-story residential building completed in 1914. Designed by Clarence L. Sefert as a hotel, it is clad in buff-colored brick above ground-floor storefronts. The upper floors on the narrow east facade facing the avenue have two bays of paired windows with joined stone sills, continuous across the top floor. The facade is topped by a peaked roof parapet. The south facade spans nine bays of single-windows, with individual stone sills, except for the top floor, which has a continuous sill. The entrance to the upper floors, with glass doors, is at the center, between the storefronts. The flat roof parapet has two small step-ups at the east end, with a stone coping. A 2-story, projecting sign is mounted to the southeast corner at the 2nd-3rd floors.

The west elevation is clad in brown brick (painted at the ground floor), and the upper floors have one bay of single-windows near the middle. There are multiple cellular antennae mounted on the roof. The ground floor is occupied by Sombrero Mexican restaurant, and Green Emporium Deli & Grocery.
