3-story mercantile building originally completed in 1869. The was later mostly rebuilt, with a new facade of rough, textured beige-grey stone laid as bricks, and a red stuccoed 3rd floor between the stone outer piers. The ground floor has a recessed red metal-and-glass storefront, and the 2nd floor (also recessed between the piers) has a band of six windows in red metal framing. The 3rd floor has two triple-windows with red metal mullions and beige concrete surrounds. A black metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is topped by a beige concrete roof cornice with a metal railing at the roof deck.

The building is occupied by Latitude, a 3-level venue that has something to offer on every floor. On the 1st floor ius a dining room and 36-foot bar; on the 2nd floor is a red vintage-style billiards room, with classic style furniture that also offers a fireplace. Across the way is a wooden based Mardi-Gras bar, with 10-foot windows looking out onto 8th Avenue. The 3rd floor Executive Lounge has a green/blue warm feel, it offers beautiful lighting, corporate furniture and a VIP lounge.
