4-story mercantile building completed in the early 1900s. It is clad in light-grey brick above a 2-story grey metal-and-glass storefront. A band of four square windows across the top of the ground floor is covered by signage. The 2nd floor has a large plate-glass show-window bordered by the grey metal frame.

The upper floors, set off by a stone band course, both have bands of four large windows (with upper transoms) divided by thin aluminum mullions, with a black cast-iron spandrel between the floors. The building is capped by a brick roof parapet with a stone coping. The ground floor is occupied by Vishara DVD.
