4.5-story residential building completed in the late 1800s as a pair of townhouses. The facade is faced in grey smooth-stucco above a ground floor that has been converted to commercial use and re-clad in dark-red granite. The east side has a glass-doored residential entrance and two glass double-doors to the restaurant on the ground floor. The west side has two recessed doors and a large plate-glass window.

The upper floors have six bays of windows, segmental-arched at the 2nd floor. The east half of the facade is scored to resemble stone blocks, with an interesting cobbled scoring pattern around and above the 2nd-floor windows. Above the roof line there are four segmental-arched dormers with metal railings between them. The west elevation is clad in red brick. The ground floor is occupied by Pongsri Thai restaurant.
