4-story mercantile building completed in 1930. The lower two floors are white-painted stone and metal, with entrances with roll-down metal gates at the ends, and a storefront with a recessed entrance in the middle of the ground floor. The 2nd floor has a wide band of five large window panes. The top two floors are stuccoed, painted off-white, and have two bays of triple-windows with thin, red-painted sills and frames. There are projecting air-conditioning units in holes cut to the outside of each window group, and a small horizontal orange stone band between the 3rd & 4th floors, offset to the east. The roof line is marked by an orange-painted stone coping.
