5-story residential building completed in 1890. It is clad in red brick above a rough-faced and rusticated brownstone ground floor and raised basement. The central entrance has a small stoop, with a basement areaway on either side, enclosed by iron fencing. The glass door is framed by pilasters on pedestal bases and with Corinthian capitals supporting an entablature with a round-arched fanlight above the door. There is a keystone at the top of the arch, and intricate foliate carving in the entablature. On either side of the entrance is a round-arched window.

The upper floors have four bays of square-headed windows with brownstone sill course and eared lintels joined at the shoulders of each window. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets framing the end sections (which consist of panel with swags topped by narrow modillions) and a center section with a broad, segmental-arched frieze and stepped-up top section lined with modillions.
