4-story residential building completed in the 1880s. It is clad in red brick above a white-painted, stuccoed ground floor. On the west facade facing the avenue, there is a wood-and-glass door to the upper floors at the north end; to the south is a glass commercial entrance and two show-windows, and the south facade has three show-windows and another commercial entrance toward the east end.

The upper floors have three bays of windows facing the avenue, and four bays on the south facade, with the middle grouped toward the center, where landings for a green metal fire escape run. The 2nd-floor landing extends all the way to the east end. The windows on the west facade have white stone sills and metal cornices, and those on the south facade have brick sills and flat white stone lintels. The west facade is crowned by a green metal roof cornice with console brackets and panels, and the south facade is capped by a stone coping with a couple small step-ups from east to west.
