5-story residential building completed in 1887. The 4-bay facade is clad in red-painted brick above a blue-painted storefront with a recessed entrance. Each upper floors has a continuous stone sill course and eared lintels joined at the shoulder of each window. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, panels, and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by Amy's Bread.
