This is the World Trade Center mall, owned by Westfield. It is the largest shopping mall in Manhattan.

Immediately after exiting is the new World Trade Center PATH and NYC Subway Building, which connects the new PATH station and 1 New York City Transit Authority subway train to the ferry terminal, the World Financial Center and One World Trade Center on the west and the 2 3 4 5 A C E J N R Z New York City Transit Authority subway trains through the new Fulton Street Transportation Center on the East, via a pedestrian tunnel lying beneath Dey Street.
