3-story commercial building completed in 2009. It replaced a Howard Johnson's which opened on the site in 1959. Designed by The Phillips Group, the new building is topped with a 25-story wall of LED screens displaying advertising, designed by the Barnycz Group.

The ground floor is clad in silver metal-and-glass storefronts, with the entrance at the chamfered southeast corner. A silver metal canopy framework runs above, rounded at the corner, and serves as a base for the signboards lining the upper floors. These face both south and east, with recessed sections at the 2nd floor near the corner. The 3rd-story signs are set back on the south side. From the roof of the building, a very tall, triangular-shaped, stainless-steel framework tower supports the narrow upper signage, which faces south. On the northeast-facing side of the framework tower, metal letters are attached, running vertically, and reading "AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS", for the retail tenant occupying the building.

Only the west half of the south facade is exposed, where it has a curtain wall of opaque grey glass and silver metal, with large, clear windows at each floor closest to the signboards. At the west end the ground floor is clad in black polished granite with two small service entrances.
