156-foot, 12-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1911. Designed by James Riely Gordon, it is clad in white brick above a 2-story limestone base, painted white at the ground floor. The facade is five bays wide, with Doric columns at the ground floor, where the center bay has a modernized glass entrance, and the other bays have wood-and-glass storefronts. The 2nd floor is set off by cornices at top and bottom, with paneled piers ornamented by wreaths. The middle two piers have projecting flagpoles.

The upper floors have large tripartite windows between the uninterrupted brick piers, and paneled brick spandrels. The top floor is set off by a cornice, with a wreath above each bay of the 11th floor, and has paneled piers. Another stone cornice caps the roof line. The exposed upper part of the west elevation is clad in buff-colored brick, with three bays of paired windows. The ground floor is occupied by The Museum of Broadway.
