USA / New Jersey / West New York / Eighth Avenue, 713
 office building, commercial building

3-story office/commercial building completed in 1928. Designed by Gronenberg & Leuchtag, it is clad in beige brick, with darker brown brick along the top. The ground floor along 45th Street is lined with wood-and-glass storefronts between grey-painted brick walls, and on the avenue by metal-and-glass storefronts. Both facades are four bays wide, with each bay having a double-window flanked by single-windows, all framed in black iron. The brick spandrels between the top two floors are ornamented by projecting, beige terra-cotta squares, and the 2nd-floor windows are topped by terra-cotta lintels. The darker-colored brick parapet at the roof line is bisected horizontally by a thin, grey stone band, and a thin coping caps the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Iron Bar & Grill, Ilforno Hell's Kitchen restaurant, 2Z Convenience & Smoke Shop, and Margarita Bar & Restaurant.
