4-story mercantile building completed in 1885. The facade was renovated in 1985, with orange brick framing recessed black metal-and-glass infill at the ground floor, and two bays of single-windows separated by a wide middle section of glass blocks at the upper floors. The 3rd floor is the tallest, and the 4th floor is the shortest. Each floor is separated by wide concrete spandrels. There is a notch cut in the center of the roof parapet, spanned by a metal railing. The building is occupied by Architectural Hardware Locksmiths.
