USA / New Jersey / West New York / New York City, New York / Ninth Avenue, 690
 clubhouse, commercial building

3-story commercial building completed in about 1875. The front facade on 9th Avenue is six bays wide, clad in white-painted stone blocks above a modernized ground-floor storefront of brown and grey metal and glass. The openings in the middle two bays have grey metal doors opening onto black metal fire escape landings. A grey-brown metal cornice marks the roof line.

The longer north facade on 44th Street has similar cladding. The storefront from the avenue side wraps partly around onto the west end; the east end has more storefronts and a metal service door. The five widely-spaced bays have large 3-over-2 windows on the upper floors. The eastern two bays end at the 2nd floor, with the three western bays reaching the full three story height, with the same cornice.

The ground floor is occupied by a Chipotle Mexican Grill, West 44 Candy Store, and Don Giovanni restaurant. Between the two eastern storefronts is an entrance to The Producers Club theater and bar on the upper floors.
