3-stort mercantile building completed in 1940. Designed by Joseph J. Furman, it is clad in white-painted brick above a ground floor of black rough stucco. The upper floors have three bays of windows with stone sills. The building is occupied by the Theatre Refreshment Company, the exclusive concessionaire for The Shubert Organization's Broadway Theaters as well as The Town Hall.
