3-story Art-Deco commercial building completed in 1932. Designed by Raymond Irrera as a factory, it later served as a small hotel, until being converted around 2005 to commercial use for the Luthier Music Corp., who moved to West 24th Street in 2016. The facade is clad in beige brick above a light-grey-painted stone ground floor, with a storefront on the right, and metal gate to the upper-floors entrance on the left. The ground floor is capped by a decorative band course.

The upper floors have double-windows in the middle bay, flanked by single-windows. Dark-grey brick forms the spandrels between the floors, as well as above the 3rd-floor windows, with geometric patterns at the edges. The facade is topped by a grey stone roof cornice with geometric patterning.
