7-story modernist hotel completed in 2016. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it also has a narrow wing fronting 43rd Street, connected by a landscaped courtyard. On the main north facade, clad in light-grey brick, darker-grey concrete strips criss-cross nine sets of oversized windows and the ground floor. The six floors above the ground floor appear as a grid of nine large windows, but each set is actually divided by the concrete strips into 2-story sections of two windows each. The hotel contains 114 guest rooms.
