5-story office building originally completed as two separate structures around 1900. The building has been altered numerous times, most notably with the installation of a 2-story commercial storefront on 8th Avenue and along most of the north facade on 44th Street. It is faced in grey pre-cast panels with large show-windows. The entrance to the upper floors is at the east end of this section. Further to the east is a separate storefront with wood-and-glass infill and blue-painted, fluted, cast-iron piers. The rest of the building is faced in tan stucco. Along the north facade, from east to west, there are three bays of single-windows, two more bays of single-windows, and a final two bays that are spaced farther apart. At the west end there is tan brick cladding. A black metal, dentiled and modillioned roof cornice caps the facade, except above the brick section.

The west facade on the avenue has six bays of single-windows on each upper floor, where it is faced in stucco, and a north section of brick. Another roof cornice caps this facade, except at the brick section, where there is an array of cellular antennae. The ground floor and 2nd floor are occupied by NY Luggage, Electronics, and Toys, and Theatre Circle gift shop.
