 apartment building, commercial building

131-foot, 13-story Neo-Gothic residential/commercial building completed in 1925. Designed by George Keister, it is clad in tan brick above a 3-story limestone base. The ground floor has a red-painted cast-iron and glass storefront. The 2nd floor has a large opening with triple-windows, framed by patterned, squared, stone columns at the edges, with Corinthian capitals that support a pointed-arch at the 3rd floor. The soffit of the arch is angled out and decorated with carved rosette-like forms. Quatrefoils fill the architraves above the arch. The outer piers at both floors have paneled topped by pointed-arches; there are decorative panels at the top of the 2nd floor, next to the columns' capitals, and more ornament at the top of the 3rd floor. The base is crowned by a stone cornice with a shield at each end.

The upper floors have four bays of windows, recessed with pointed-arches at the 4th, 10th & 11th floors, and square-headed at the other floors. The outer piers have 45-degree angled projections at the 4th floor, as do all the piers on the floors above. The 4th floor is topped by a stone cornice rosettes and brackets at each pier. The brick spandrels at the upper floors have stone bands at the top and bottom serving as sills and lintels, and are ornamented by patterned brickwork, including five projecting bricks arranged in Xs. A projecting stone cornice caps the 10th floor. The 11th & 12th floors are grouped together in arched openings, with an elaborate limestone parapet crowning the facade at the 12th floor, including a wealth of Gothic ornament; the outer piers are topped by finials, as is the center pier, where the parapet slopes gently upward to the middle. The top floors is set back as not visible from the street.

The west elevation is clad in brown brick, with one bay of windows near the front. The east elevation is also brown brick, with a bay of paired windows near the middle and single-windows at the front and rear. The ground floor is occupied by O'Donoghue's bar & restaurant, with the 2nd floor occupied by CK Chu Tai Chi, and the 3rd floor by Tony Meredith & Melanie LaPatin's Latin & Ballroom Dance Studio.
