5-story residential building completed around 1910. It is clad in black-painted brick and divided into two halves. The ground floor has two aluminum, brick, and glass storefronts, with the entrance to the upper floors at the far left. Above a large signboard, the 2nd floor has oversized triple-windows, with narrow red box awnings above both bays. The upper floors are organized into six bays of single-windows; there are decorative black wrought-iron railings at the bases of the top-floor windows. The facade is crowned by a paneled brick parapet, sloping up toward the center. The lower two floors are occupied by Virgil's BBQ restaurant. A large vertical sign is mounted on the east end of the facade, running from the 2nd floor to the parapet.
