5-story parking garage completed in 1949. Designed by Lama, Proskauer & Prober, it is clad in light-grey brick above a black-painted stone and concrete ground floor. There is a wide, central vehicle entrance and exit, with a service door to the right, and a small storefront to the left. A large, vertical "PARKING" sign is attached to the east end of the facade; the rest of the upper levels have wide openings with metal infill. The garage has 225 spaces, and the storefront was occupied until 2015 by a psychic, who was arrested for conning a Brooklyn man out of more than $700,000.
