USA / New Jersey / West New York / New York City, New York / Broadway, 1460
 office building, commercial building

207-foot, 16-story International-style office building completed in 1951. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, it has ribbon bands of windows divided by bands of white brick. The south edge of the west facade on Broadway is slightly set back, as is the width of the 15th floor. The penthouse level is further recessed. A 2015 renovation by MdeAS Architects included installation of LED signs rising to 150 feet at the building’s Broadway-side corners, new plate-glass storefronts, new windows, a new glassy 2nd floor with some signage, and renovated interiors. The south facade has a recessed entrance near the east end, and service entrance at the far east end. At its east end, it sets back above the 9th floor, with another setback at the middle section above the 14th floor. The ground floor is occupied by Foot Locker.
