USA / New Jersey / West New York / New York City, New York / Ninth Avenue, 577

303-foot, 25-story modernist hotel completed in 2017. Designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman, and Efron, the hotel is "pod"-style, with 527 rooms averaging under 250 square feet apiece. There are also 35 larger, extended-stay residential units. The L-shaped tower is clad in white pre-cast concrete and dark-tinted glass, rising from a large, square, 3-story base. There are storefronts lining the ground floor, and large bands of glass on the upper floors of the base, topped by metal louvers.

On the tower there is a notched corner at the northeast, and the west end of the north facade is also set back. The east half of the north facade has a single-window bay flanked by two paired-window bays, and the set-back west half has three paired-window bays. The east facade on the avenue spans six bays of paired windows, with a slight projection at the northern two bays. The notched northeast corner and the south facade are windowless. The northeast corner of the building extends past the 25-floor roof line, continuing the facade into a large mechanical penthouse.

Besides the lobby, the ground floor is occupied by Big Apple Supermarket, Cohen's Fashion Optical, and Choithrams convenience store. The 2nd floor is occupied on the north side by Pip's Island performing arts theater. The terrace level is occupied by Serafina restaurant.
