 bar, commercial building

3-story commercial building originally completed in the 1860s as a 2-story wooden house. It 1877 it was sold to Anton Mohren, sometime after a store was built into the ground floor. Mohren ran his "horse and wagon" business from the store and rented the upper portion of the building. In 1884 he built a new brick facade with a cast-iron storefront and added a third story. The building was sold numerous times in the early 1900s.

The ground floor has a black metal-and-glass storefront with a small tiled patio enclosed by a black iron fence, and is topped by a sloped, green canvas awning. The upper floors are faced in white-painted stone with three bays of single-windows. The facade is topped by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and panels. The building is occupied by Posh gay bar, which opened in 2000.
