147-foot, 13-story Beaux-Arts residential building completed in 1913. Designed by Clinton & Russell, it is clad in white brick above a 3-story rusticated limestone base (painted white at the ground floor and grey on the 2nd-3rd floors) with a grey granite water table. The north facade on 58th Street is symmetrical, seven bays wide, with the main entrance at the center. It has modern black metal-and-glass double-doors and transom framed by a stone molding with ribbons at the top flanking a medallion bearing the letter P. The doorway is framed by paneled stone pillars with modern light fixtures that were added in 2012. On either side of the entrance are two bays of 2-over-4 windows flanking wider bays of 3-over-4 windows, all with black metal framing and rounded corners. There is a cornice above the ground floor on the east facade with decorative medallions.

The 2nd & 3rd floors on the north facade have similar round-cornered openings with thin stone moldings as the ground floor, but with black iron mullions dividing the thinner bays into double-windows, and the wider bays into tripartite windows. The 3rd-floor windows have projecting stone sills with black wrought-iron balconette railings on top. At the top of the 3rd floor there are projecting panels between each bay, and the windows are topped by either diamond shapes (smaller bays) or heraldic shield cartouches (larger bays), with the base capped by a dentiled cornice.

There are similar, rounded stone enframements at each bay of the 4th floor, topped by round carcouches flanked by ribbons; the windows are more recessed than at the base. Both edges have large cartouches adorning the corners at the 4th floor, with a round, engaged stone column running up the building edge, framed by stone quoins. The columns are interrupted by grand, rounded brackets at the top of the 10th floor, and then continue up to the main roof line at the 12th floor. There are also double-height stone enframements at the wide bays on the 5th-6th floors, with matching round cartouches on the 6th floor, and ornamented spandrels between these floors at the wide bays, highlighted by shield-like cartouches. The smaller bays have simple stone sills at the 5th floor, and projecting, bracketed stone sills above, with eared stone lintels on every floor. Projecting stone balconettes front the windows of the wide bays at the 9th floor, carried on scrolled end brackets. A sturdy stone cornice caps the 10th floor, with oversized paired brackets at each pier; from these extend paired, projecting stone pilasters on the 11th & 12th floors, ending in squared capitals at the main roof line of the 12th floor. The windows of these top floors are grouped into double-height, stone-enframeed openings with segmental-arched tops; cartouches crown the wider bays.

The east facade on the avenue has a similar program of ornament, above a ground floor lined with storefronts. It has two wide bays at the south end, followed by two narrow bays, two more wide bays, and a narrow bay at the north. The penthouse level on the 13th floor is set back on all sides and not visible from the street. The west elevation is clad in tan brick, except for a band of stone quoins at the front edge.

The building contains 61 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by 9Ten restaurant, a gifts/luggage/electronics store, and Sunny's Deli & Grocery.
