MKH Berhad, a township developer with strong foothold in Kajang, has ventured into the upscale Mont Kiara market. The proposed development, called Inspirasi Mont Kiara sits on a 2.93-acre leasehold land at Jalan Kiara 4. The site is adjacent to proposed Ardena Mont Kiara by Weida Bhd. The land has been converted from residential to commercial. The site is fronting Jalan Kiara 4, which is yet to be built. According to DBKL plan, the existing Jalan Kiara 4 will be extended to link with Jalan Duta Kiara.

The project will feature 2 blocks of 44-storey tower with a total of 640 units serviced apartment. There will be 2 units of supporting retail shops located at ground floor. The tower sits on top of a 7-storey car park podium. The project is expected to generate a GDV of RM430 million and the project is targeted to launch in 2017. Targeting at the mid to upper range market, there will be only 2 unit types – 940 sf and 1,015 sf, all comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Price starting from RM623,000 to RM691,000.
