237-foot, 19-story modernist residential building completed in 2019. Designed by Hill West Architects, it replaces a 5-story building on the site. The new building is clad in reflective blue glass, with exposed floor plates. The ground floor has two sets of glass double-doors, one for commercial use, and one for residential. Separating the commercial base from the residential floors above is a mechanical floor with stainless-steel louvers.

There is a setback above the 11th floor; the upper floors have a subtle convex face, topped by a glass-enclosed mechanical housing at the roof. Retail space occupied the bottom two floors, with 16 condominium units above.
